Dr. Buckley is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia where he earned his MD in 1992. He then attended to Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana where he completed an internship in 1993 and his Orthopaedic residency in 1997. Dr. Buckley was then accepted for a fellowship in Spinal Reconstruction in Baltimore Maryland Reconstruction group. He completed that in 1998.
Dr. Rudolph Buckley, resides in Utica, NY. Along with being a phenominal spine surgeon Dr. Buckley is up to date with the latest technology involving exotic vehicles. In his spare time he enjoys not only reading up on the latest and greatest new vehicles, he also enjoys maintaing and driving the ones that belong to him.
When Dr. Buckley is not in the Operating room or seeing patients he enjoys spending time relaxing in the 1,000 Islands.
