COMMUNITY MEMORIAL ***** RATING IN ORTHOPAEDICS FOR 2009
Community Memorial Hospital has received the prestigious Five Star (*****) rating for Total Joint Replacements in the 11th annual Healthgrades Hospital Quality in America study. This is quite an honor considering all the hospitals in the United States are surveyed by the organization. Community Memorial was #2 in Total Joint Replacement in New York State and in the top 5% in the country for overall Orthopaedic care. CMH is a small community hospital competing and only coming in second to facilities such as The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. We are extremely proud to have this rating as well as being able to say that we have held it in 2008, 2007, 2005, and 2004 respectively.
